I set up bank feeds some weeks ago, for my two Westpac accounts. The main cheque account is saying "Bank Feed Ready" however no transactions have come through. My secondary account is saying "Active - Awaiting Transactions" which appears correct as no transactions have passed through this account since bank feeds was set up. I assume the cheque account bank feed status needs to update to "Active" as well from "Bank Feed Ready"? How do I make this happen?
I manually imported a bank statement up until 12/12/2017 for the cheque account, however I've had transactions through the bank account since this time, which aren't showing up. Can someone please help me with this?
