Poor service. Ready to leave. Registering for MYOB super portal has ruined my MYOB experience

I'm posting here as a last resort. Actually I might even be past 'last resort'. Unless someone from MYOB contacts me, this may amount to little more than a dissatisfied customers rant. Anyway...

 

After two years of using MYOB Essentials, and really loving the software, I've lost all faith in MYOB as a provider.

 

Four weeks ago I registered for MYOB Super Portal to pay my employees super. A couple of days later I was locked out of my account. After spending some (too much!) time on hold on MYOBs support line, I was told that the person I was speaking with couldn't see anything wrong wth my account and would need to refer it to the technical staff. 

 

Cut a painfully long story short, since then I have explained my (their) problem to no less than five or six seperate MYOB staff, each occasion including the mandatory 'hold' time. I've lost over a day in productivity either on hold or explaining the fault for the umpteenth time. So it's cost me thousands too. I've even been given a direct email address to a MYOB support person who won't return my emails. The matter has apparently been lodged with MYOBs technical staff, but... (Can you hear the crickets in the background?)... radio silence. 

 

I havent heard from MYOBs technical staff. And I still cannot log in with my original email address. Nor, can I pay my staffs Super. With just over a month to go before EOFY, I'm really not needing this.

 

I phoned MYOB this morning and explained straight up to the support person that I was still waiting on closure of a fault that was over a month old. I told her this was the last time I was going to call and wanted the fault resolved today. So guess what she did? She asked me for my serial number and said she'd put me through to technical staff. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up. I've lost enough of my time to MYOBs disgraceful customer service.

 

My accountant / business strategist has been encouraging me to swap to another accounting software provider, a move I've been pushing back on (since I was a thoroughly satisfied MYOB customer until 4 weeks ago), it's looking like the new financial year will be a time for change of accounting package.

 

BTW, even noticed MYOB doesn't have a complaints hotline/email address?
