My Dashboard information doesn't match.
I've brought up the Employee Payroll report to do the Superannuation payments to the Super Fund and the amount in total that is owing states $1152.07, but on the Dashboard it only says $1070.44 is payable.
How can this be different?
Also my transaction account that is setup with the bank feed is always different to what the amount is actually in the account. I've searched a lot to find where the error was made but I can't find it. There is money in this account but according to the MYOB Essentials records the account is in negative. I originally thought it may have been a transaction that processed through MYOB and the bank feed hasn't caught up to reconcile it but its not, I've checked multiple times.
It is driving me insane not knowing why it doesn't match up. Please help.
