It appears to be a common theme here......MYOB make it very frustrating and difficult to cancel subscriptions.....It is VERY unprofessional.
With the recent announcement of the price increase I decided to move elsewhere and searched to find out HOW I could cancel my subscription. After I called last week to cancel, I was promised a confrmation email (NONE RECEIVED) and still my account shows ACTIVE!!
I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE THE SUBSCRIPTION AND DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED......PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!!!!!!!
