MYOB migrated my file from account right software type to essentials on line. The migration process was a fail as balances do not match, BAS owing is wrong, P&L is inaccurate and more. MYOB admitted that there was most likely mistakes in the migration process and suggest I have an accountant look at it. They said regardless of the mistakes in the migration everything should be fine from this point, but it's pointless if the figures have been entered wrong. They implied this is just how it is.
Obviously I can't continue using software that is inaccurate so my purchase of the product is pointless. I have gone back now to using my old out-dated software as I can't see a solution. Is there a button to delete everything on essentials back to the start so from 1st July I can start again fresh ? If this is not possible can I delete my subscription ?
