I tried using the customer service line (again) only to be bounced around from one automative voice answering system to another. All I'm seeking is an answer to is why isn't our PayDirect invoice function working when we create invoices but it was this morning?
And while I'm at it why don't you offer an email address for customers to contact you directly? There is never enough peoeple to answer the calls so surely it would make more sense have a contact that you can build a repour with?
