Transfers wont work

I have been on the online chat help as we are having issues with our transfers but its still not working. I was told to clear the cache and only log on using chrome. This has been done but still not working. The bank originally set up an investment account which was clearing cheques and normal bank account which means i have to do a transfer from investment to savings account - both show on bank feeds. When i try to transfer between accounts it says it cannot save the transaction. (This appears to be a chrome issue though, not a MYOB error) has anyone had this happen before? and was there a way to overcome this?
I use an apple Mac and my dad uses windows, (again both use chrome) and we both log in from different locations. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we cannot get his bank account total in dashboard to look anything near normal.
