Like most MYOB Essential users I recieved an email telling me that my subscriptions are about to increase.
What I'm NOT happy about is the fact that I have only been using MYOB for less than 2 months and already have a subscription increase to contend with!
When I called the sales line to complain I reached an overseas call centre operative with a very abrupt and unwelcoming manner who actually said to me "This is our annual price increase, you either accept it or you cancel your subscription"
Based on his response and how I'm being treated by MYOB after only 2 months then I'll take my business elsewhere, I'm cancelling my subscriptions from the end of the month...
